I just heard audio from 5/25/12 where one of Keyes' two attorneys, this one named Jackie Walsh, was on the phone with all other participants with Keyes in person. For me, this call seemed like a turning point because Keyes was especially not wanting to have Jackie participating. After looking her up, it appears she's a death-penalty specialist and FIGHTS to prevent it. So I can see why Keyes was not a fan. She tried to commandeer the conversation a couple of times, her voice was strident, and Keyes told her she wasn't even involved in drafting a document about Keyes wanting the death penalty. The edge in is voice was for her and his other defense attorney to "butt out". I'm not sure why this approximately 30 minute audio interview wasn't included in either the FBI's or APD's evidence. Maybe it wasn't considered part of either the FBI or the Alaska PDs cases. It seemed to involve the federal attorneys only. I found the audio on YouTube here: https://youtu.be/2Rn0oxBqJTo?si=voGZ9pdmvBSAnq9p

I'm confused, so maybe some of what I've said is inaccurate. In any case, the fur is flying with Keyes and Jackie on the phone. She's BOSSY. I can only imagine bow irritated a control freak like Keyes would be.
