The ”do what thou wilt” in Thelema does not mean ”do what you want”. The intitiation order of Thelema, the OTO is a solarcentral brother/sisterhood and I remember Keyes writing something like ”If there is a God, can we all just agree to call it the Sun?”. Though in the end, him saying you can’t really be an atheist and a satanist at the same time tells me his study of these matters wasn’t that deep.
