Per request, we asked for the BTK files. Sometimes things don’t work out; in this case, because of the laws of the state of Kansas.
This is… pretty much all there is, commonly available around the internet. This is all there can be, due to the aforementioned laws of the state of Kansas.
We have more records requests in the works already; some are in process, like the ongoing requests we have related to our extensive coverage of the Israel Keyes case.
Others relate to ongoing investigations or court trials that we have to wait on. What we really want to know is, what other case files do you want us to hunt down? Let us know.
You ever heard of the so-called Chicago Ripper Crew? I always wondered how come nobody (it seems) ever tried to research them in detail, even though it appears there could be really a lot to unravel. Would be great to learn more about this case from you, be it paperwork, or however else you decide to approach it.
