Israel Keyes Life in Full Detail is pretty much mostly almost finished. We are about a full days work away from rendering the third and final episode, after which we will review it for a final quality check. We expect to have it released for you in about a week.
We think this is the best of all three episodes; it is certainly the most ambitious, and also the longest by far. EARLY YEARS was about 97 minutes; THE VICTIMS was about 102 minutes.
With a run time of over 180 minutes, Israel Keyes Life in Full Detail: CATCHING KEYES took over 4,000 individual edits, cutting together countless video, audio, and photographic elements.
As a reminder, the average 2 hour film has about 1,100 cuts; EARLY YEARS has over 2,500 and THE VICTIMS has over 2,000. We appreciate your patience as we worked diligently to finish this opus.
We will begin releasing Keyes interviews a few days after the final episode is released, and the full collection of evidence we’ve acquired shortly after that. The YouTube cut will start to go out after we’ve released all the evidence…
…although there are still more files on Keyes that we hope to acquire so that we can share them with you. If you’re reading this, you’ve helped make that possible. We’re not done yet, but we’d like to take a moment to thank everyone who has helped us get this far.
You made this all happen; we could not have done it without you. Any of it. The documentary, the evidence release, the push for even more evidence… it’s all because of you. Thank you.
If you’d like to help us fight to get more so that we can release that too, subscribing and sharing our work with others is the best way you can help make that happen.
We’re already at work on what comes next. In addition to our pending requests for more Keyes evidence, we have a lot of stories that we’ve already developed (there were 120 in our draft queue at the time this was written).
We will continue to develop more, but we’re most interested in what you want to see us work on. Let us know, either in the comments or by reaching out via email.
We will of course continue reporting on crimes of interest, and developing new episodes of our Crime Culture Media podcast The True Crimes.
We also have more projects that we are ready to produce, ranging from a documentary about the victimization of sex workers to a series on terrorism and the most thorough documentary about dogs anyone has ever written.
We have several stories for prepared for Missing, as well. Is there a missing persons case you’d like us to cover? Let us know about it.
We also get asked about movies and music a lot, and we’re well known for our love of food, so we’ll soon begin publishing more under our culture section, which you can find in the navigation bar at the top of the site.
Thank you for supporting Crime Culture Media.

I’m so excited! Really looking forward to this last part. The amount of details and information included in part 1 and 2 were astounding, so I have high hopes for part 3! Fantastic job guys! 👏🏼
I can’t wait for Part 3 to be published, I’m super excited to see it!
As you know, I have a whole lot of missing persons cases that would desperately need attention!
Whatever you do, I think it’ll be great. There are very few that dig as deep as you guys to find the truth…that so often is buried under rumours and speculations that somehow have “become facts” with time.
Appreciate the work you do very much, and always look forward to both reading and watching your content!
